In accordance with General Regulation 679/2016 on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), we hereby inform you that your personal data will be included in the register of processing activities of VitalAire, S.A (hereinafter "VA"). 

The purpose of this processing is the collection of certificates proving the completion of the training required for the use of medical devices, the contractual relationship and consent being the legal basis for the processing. No data will be passed on to third parties unless required by law. 

VA will retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between the parties in order to inform you of initiatives that may be of interest to you, and they will then be blocked during the prescription periods established in the applicable regulations. In addition, if you consider it appropriate, you can lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority.
